AppVerix Gift Options: Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you (the Shopify merchant who installs the app) and AppVerix ("we"). By installing AppVerix Gift Options you agree to them.
1. What the app does
The app shows a gift checkbox, message, names and optional paid gift wrap in your store, saves those details on the order, adds a gift tag and note, and prints gift receipts with no prices. It creates one hidden product in your store for gift wrap.
2. Price and billing
- One plan: $4.99 USD every 30 days, with a 7-day free trial. No order limits.
- Shopify bills you on your Shopify invoice. We never see your card.
- To cancel, uninstall the app. We don't refund partial periods unless Shopify's rules or the law require it.
- If we change the price, we will tell you at least 30 days before, and you will be asked to approve the new charge.
3. Your responsibilities
- You set the gift wrap price and are responsible for delivering the wrap you sell.
- Messages are written by your shoppers. Review them before printing if needed.
- Don't use the app for anything illegal.
4. Data
How we handle data is in our Privacy Policy.
5. Availability and liability
We try to keep the app running but don't promise it will never be down. Checkout still works if the block cannot load. The app is provided "as is"; to the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
